Welcome to Chris Parks Photography! I appreciate your interest in my photography services. These Terms and Conditions outline the legal agreement between you (the "Client" or "You") and Chris Parks (referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our") for the provision of photography services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Booking: To secure our photography services, you must sign a contract and pay a non-refundable deposit specified in your contract.

1.2. Payment: The total fee for our services is specified in your contract. The balance must be paid after the event or session. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1. Cancellation by Client: If you cancel the photography services, the deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event, you are responsible for paying the full contract price.

2.2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date.

3. Photography Rights

3.1. Copyright: We retain the copyright to all images created during the event or session. You are granted personal, non-commercial use rights. Reproduction, sale, or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

3.2. Model Release: You grant us permission to use your likeness and event images for promotional purposes, including our portfolio and website, unless otherwise specified in your contract.

4. Deliverables and Timeline

4.1. Delivery Time: We will provide you with an estimated delivery time for the final edited images, typically within 2 weeks of the event or session.

4.2. Editing: All images are edited to our artistic discretion. Additional editing requests may incur additional charges.

4.3. Image Selection: You will receive a gallery of images from which to select your favorites. The number of images included in your package is specified in your contract.

5. Client Cooperation

5.1. Cooperation: The Client agrees to assist and cooperate with the Photographer to ensure the best possible results.

5.2. Event Schedules: The Client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary parties are available at the scheduled times.

6. Liability

6.1. Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of equipment failure, personal injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a refund of any payments made.

6.2. Force Majeure: We shall not be held responsible for any delays or non-performance due to acts of God, government orders, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Privacy and Data

7.1. Data Security: We will take reasonable precautions to protect your personal and event information. We will not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Mediation: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

9.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous agreements and understandings.
